These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all courses, programs, materials, digital products, resources, frameworks, and services created or offered by Kevin Sage, including but not limited to content powered by LIVE DEEPER AI™: Emotionally Intelligent, Human-Centered AI (collectively, the “Content”).
By accessing, enrolling in, or using any Content, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Content.
Ownership of Content
All Content—including, without limitation:
- Courses and training programs
- Videos, slide decks, recordings, and audio
- Written lessons, documents, and handouts
- Prompts, prompt frameworks, exercises, and templates
- Philosophies, methodologies, systems, and models
- Language, terminology, and branded concepts associated with LIVE DEEPER AI™
is the exclusive intellectual property of Kevin Sage, unless otherwise stated, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Content to you.
Limited License for Individual Use
When you purchase or access Content, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Content solely for your own personal or professional development.
You may:
- View and engage with the Content
- Download materials explicitly provided for download
- Apply ideas and concepts in your own work or practice
You may not use the Content for organizational training, resale, redistribution, or derivative works without written permission.
Prohibited Uses
Unless expressly authorized in writing by Kevin Sage, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the Content
- Share Content with colleagues, teams, or organizations
- Upload Content to internal platforms, learning management systems, or shared drives
- Record, screen-capture, or redistribute videos or lessons
- Teach, sell, sublicense, or present the Content as your own
- Create derivative courses, training programs, or products based on the Content
- Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or attribution notices
Organizational, team-based, or enterprise use requires a separate license or agreement.
Organizational and Enterprise Use
If you wish to:
- Use Content for staff training or onboarding
- Share materials across a team or organization
- Integrate LIVE DEEPER AI™ concepts into internal education programs
- License frameworks, methodologies, or prompt systems
You must enter into a separate written agreement with Kevin Sage.

Prohibition on Personal Health Information (PHI)
The Content is educational in nature and is not designed to receive, process, store, or analyze Personal Health Information (PHI) or other sensitive personal data.
By using the Content, you agree that you will not:
- Input PHI, medical records, diagnoses, treatment details, or identifiable health information
- Use real resident, patient, or client names or identifying details
- Apply the Content in ways that violate HIPAA, data privacy laws, or organizational policies
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Content complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and workplace policies.
Kevin Sage and LIVE DEEPER AI™ assume no liability for any misuse of the Content involving PHI or sensitive data.
Educational Use Only / No Professional Advice
All Content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
The Content does not constitute medical, clinical, legal, or professional advice. Users must rely on their own judgment and organizational protocols when applying course concepts.
Acceptable Conduct
You agree to use the Content in a manner that is ethical, respectful, and aligned with the principles of human dignity, emotional intelligence, and care.
You may not use the Content in ways that:
- Misrepresent the intent or philosophy of LIVE DEEPER AI™
- Promote harm, discrimination, or unethical practices
- Violate the rights, privacy, or dignity of others
No Guarantee of Results
While the Content is designed to be practical and impactful, results will vary. Kevin Sage makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, performance improvements, or business results.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kevin Sage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of the Content.
All Content is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
Termination of Access
Kevin Sage reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Content, without refund, if these Terms are violated.
Changes to These Terms
